For a long time I was going to the gym with no real structure, no confidence, and no idea if what I was doing was actually working. I had been in and out since I was 15, going through phases of consistency before falling off again.
In 2024, something shifted. I stopped guessing. I learned how to fuel my body properly, followed structured programs, and educated myself. For the first time I saw what consistency and intention could actually do — and it was not just physical. It was confidence. Walking in knowing exactly what I was there to do. Training with purpose instead of anxiety.
Now the gym is not something I try to fit in. It is part of who I am. And my goal is to help you feel that too, whatever your starting point looks like.
